Trivia:
Well here is a small bit of truth to test your geographic knowledge. What is the smallest country in the world? Vatican City; Monaco; Liechtenstein; or Marshall Islands, Make a guess, more tomorrow.
On the lighter side:
Have you noticed? Every morning, I announce that I'm going running, but then I don't. Oh that's because its a "running joke". Hoe, hoe.
Challenge:
Psalm 4:2 "How long, O sons of men, Will you turn your glory to shame? How long will you love worthlessness And seek falsehood?"
In this verse we are reminded of the many challenges that we face in times of slander, by those who have no principled thoughts. They attempt to assassinate the character of others in order to be seen as dependable themselves, while seeking to harm the reputation of those individuals who are seeking to bring long term benefit to others.
Zechariah 2:8 reminds us that those people who set themselves apart in order to honor God, He tells us that they are "the apple of His eye." Also that He has engraved their names in the palm of His hand, Isaiah 49:16. He also reminds us that when we call out that He hurries over to help us. Paul even reminds us of this truth in Romans 8:31 "If God is for us, who can be against us?"
So when others strive to question your motivation, or ridicule your intentions, stand strong in His love and care for you, my dear one. Remember your the "apple of His eye."
SO GO WITH GOD my faithful one, for He alone recognizes your deep and abiding desire to be faithful to His ways.
