Trivia:

Now that I am beginning to feel a little more like a human being I will try to begin blogging again. Here is a funny sign that we saw while we were away.

Dogs can't operate an MRI, but CATSCAN. Becky & I upon seeing this sign in the Miami airport, had to laugh at this sign and think of Tina Jackson and Jen & Richard.

Challenge:

Ecclesiastes 11:9c, 10a "...Remember that you must give an account to God for everything you do. 10a Therefore remove sorrow from your heart,..."

So our natural question is... Just how can we remove sorrow? That's a great question isn't it. Well the first action we must take is to refuse to let our past mistakes, actions, or harmful activity to gain our present attention. Rather to stop focusing ourselves on the mistakes of our past, and to instead focus ourselves on His guidance in each area of our future.

Prophet Isaiah reminds us of our God's promises for us... Isa. 46:4 "I will be your God throughout your lifetime - until you hair is white with age. I made you, and I will care for you. I will carry you along and save you."

So we must start by resting in Him, and refuse to be filled with fear or uncertainty, but rather follow His leading in the present. By reading His words to us and then by obeying what He has told us to do in His words. This is how we can remove sorrow from our hearts. Tomorrow we will talk about the second step.

SO GO WITH GOD my dear ones for then He will then begin the process of leading us through the failures that we got tripped up in yesterday and the proper way we need to move forward in our tomorrows.
