Hey, Good Friday to you my dear one.

Today‘s meditation is found in Prov. 18:13 “He who answers a matter before he hears it, (all sides) It is folly and shame to him.”

Offering advice to a party before hearing all sides of the issue is as foolish as building the Transcontinental railroad without surveying its course.

If you remember verse 2 of this chapter “Fools have no interest in understanding; they only want to air their own opinions.” That makes clear some of the advice that is handed out by supposed wise thinkers of our day.

Can you name any of those foolish advisers of our day?

Yes them and more!!!

Can you imagine the achievement that this rail road construction took? This 1,911 mile course was achieved under the direction of Leland Stanford, and primarily due to the determination & sheer grit of an army of Asian immigrants.

We have all been ask for “Friendly advice“ but we should all take into account all sides, not just trying to make the questioner‘s feelings to be calmed.

To advise another person before asking Our Father for wisdom is both foolish & disgraceful. Many of the advice column’s of our day are are filled with foolishness, and short sighted advice.

So Go With God literally, ask Him for direction on the concerns of your day. He will guide you in a way that takes every issue into consideration. Both present but also the total future, yours and your children’s and your total coming generations.
