Well good morning it’s Thursday already. Can you believe it? I bet you can’t guess Why the Uber driver got fired? Well it’s because The passengers kept reporting him for going the extra mile. Ha Ha!!! Oh well so much for giving yourself to the job.

Our meditation today is found in Prov. 17:20, ”He who has a deceitful heart finds no good, And he who has a perverse tongue falls into evil.”

In other words the foolish, deceitful, crooked person can’t find good in anything.

Have you come into contact with someone in your life that finds it impossible to find anythings that’s good.

They look at a honey bee and

only see a stinger, rather than a

master pollinator, and a giver of

honey & sweetness.

Also think about this; Man

learned his ability to build

strong but light objects from

the bee and his forming of the

honeycomb. (octagonal shape,

used in large cargo carrying

planes today)

We also learned from the bee

the ability to cool our homes using what we call the swamp

coolers designed after the bees

technique of cooling their hive.

(moving air over water to cool

the temps of our homes today)

That next phrase “he who has a perverse tongue falls into evil.” To better understand the meaning of this word “perverse” in the Hebrew it means to “be overturned”. Have you been around someone who takes a wholesome thought and turns it into a filthy, degraded thought?

That’s the meaning behind this usage of the word here in this verse.

So Go With God and He will take your conversations and cause them to bring sweetness and blessings to others, rather than hurt and pain.
