Have you ever thought about why

Scotland has as its national animal the unicorn? Of course we know that it is a mythical creature, but it has appeared in their national coat of arms since the 12th Century.

Why? They have affirmed that it is for the traits it represents. Purity, independence, and an untamable spirit. Who knew? These are certainly noble qualities for a nation & its people.

Prov. 23:6-8 "Don't eat with people who are stingy; don't desire their delicacies. They are always thinking about how much it costs. "Eat & drink," they say but they don't mean it. You will throw up what little you have eaten, and your complements will be wasted."

This is warning to us of those who have proven to be stingy, rude, and resentful. They have purposefully layed out a banquet, in order to gain something at our expense.

As you eat & converse you begin to understand their evil intentions. Maybe, to humiliate, and even harm your well earned reputation. The fine food & beautiful environment are only a trap to intentionally accomplish something beneficial to them

or harmful to you.

Their lavish things have a harmful purpose underneath them. As the conversation & purposes become apparent you are sickened.

So Go With God He will reveal the evil intended to be placed upon you. Eat lightly ask your Father for wisdom in regards to the persons intent and then politely be excused when the evil intention is visible.

Lest the evil viper surround you with his destructive coils & bring destruction and harm to all those you love. In other words, be on you guard when an otherwise selfish person appears to receive you with generosity.
