Trivia:

Today is my son Ben's birthday, So Happy Birthday son, your mother & I want to wish you to have a great and blessed day.

Which song wasn't a Dean Martin hit? Ain't that a kick in the head; Beyond the sea; Return to me; Everybody loves somebody

Challenge:

Psalm 77:10-15 "And I said, "This is my fate; the Most High has turned His hand against me." 11 But then I recall all you have done, O Lord; I remember your wonderful deeds of long ago. 12 They are constantly in my thoughts. I cannot stop thinking about your mighty works. 13 O God, Your ways are holy. Is there any god as mighty as you? 14 You are the God of great wonders! You demonstrate your wesome power among the nations. 15 By your strong arm, you redeemed your people, the descendants of Jacob and Joseph,"

This section of this Psalm teaches us just how to turn our hearts from sadness, depression, and disappointment. So as we go through this passage our exercise is to mention at least one way God has blessed our life in each of these exercises.

Reflect on the many ways that God has enriched your life Vs. 11

Write down the many mighty works that God has done in your life and in others lives Vs. 12

Share with your dearest friends, the many holy ways that God has poured His cleansing, holy, blessings into your world through you, and the life a of many others in this age. Vs. 13

Recount the miraculous things that God has done in order that we without a doubt know of his overcoming power in this world. Vs. 14

Describe one act that God has done in your life or another friends life, along with one instance that He demonstrated this some time in the scriptures.

Now having gone through this practice, can you sense your spirits having been lifted?

This is one of the benefits of keeping a journal of our spiritual endeavors. Have you notice how often it is our tendency to remember our trials and testing and to forget our Father's many blessings that He has poured out on us?

In John 6:29 Jesus told us, "This is the only work God wants from you: Believe in the one He has sent."

We should meditate on the inestimable price that He paid for our salvation.

So "Remember the works, Reflect on the workings, and relate God's way of doing to others. Have you noticed that when you tell others of the wonderful works of God, the rich truths in the Bible, and the reality of Christ in your life; something amazing happens. For one thing your faith begins to soar, you are drawn in pray more fervently for others, sick, discouraged, etc. Luke 6:38 tells us to "Give, and you will be receive. Your gift will return to you in full..."

SO GO WITH GOD for then He will flow His healing, blessing, comforting works over your life, my friend.
