Good morning and Happy Friday! Total Obedience to Christ will always be a struggle on this side of eternity. For whatever reason(s), we will continue to want to "take the lead" and in doing so, we will fall short of the mark, or bullseye. Who we "hang with", (interesting metaphor), has a big influence on the O factor and how successful we are in regards to this obstacle course of life and how we negotiate it in obedience. 2 Corinthians6:14 "Do not be unequally bound together with unbelievers [do not make mismatched alliances with them, inconsistent with your faith]. For what partnership can righteousness have with lawlessness? Or what fellowship can light have with darkness?" Whether its in business, or recreation, our CORE group of friends should be of the same mindset and goals. We should have non-believers in our sphere of influence and we should be careful not to get caught up in holy huddles, or an Us and Them mentality. Remember, every one of US needs Jesus just as much as the unbeliever! Armor Up! Challenge yourself to BE the example in your actions and your words for your non believing others. Love covers a multitude of sins. It starts with US! God bless and have a great weekend!
