Good morning Men ! As Men, as fathers, as husbands, we have responsibilities. Each area of life adds a little more. I am so grateful that ALL I have to be accountable for to God is what I have said, thought, and done (not that it isn't enough!). God will not hold me accountable for what you did, what my children did, or any of my ancestors have done. Responsibility is important to God. He assigned it to Adam in the garden as the caretaker. He assigned it to both Adam and Eve when He told them to go and multiply, and when He told them that they may eat of any tree of the garden except one. Ephesians 5:24 "But as the church is subject to Christ, so also wives should subject to their husbands in everything [respecting both their position as protector and their responsibility to God as head of the house." Colossians 3:19 gives an example for husbands to love their wives because of responsibilities of marriage. Men, we are called to lead by example because of our identity in Christ and of being made in God's image. Armor Up! Guard against complacency in all of our relationships, being careful to OWN what is ours and being an example to our family, friends, and the unbelieving world! God bless and have a great day!
