Good morning! Of which of your many titles comes the most important and rewarding roles? Father? Mother? Husband? Wife? Employee? Boss? Home Owner? Friend? Brother in Christ? Leader? Follower? Etc... It has been my observation that wherever the greatest reward is given, there is where my efforts will be most present. (Not that each doesn't have it's own great rewards!) Affirmation, recognition, and accomplishments feed us and encourage us. Struggle, lack of respect, denial of accomplishments, and feelings of unimportance all can play into our level of commitment and faithfulness. Proverbs 16:9 "The heart of man plans his way, but the Lord establishes his steps." Psalms 51:10 "Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me." Proverbs 4:23" Keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flow the springs of life." Matthew 6:21 "For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." All of our titles are important. Child of God, allow Him to HAVE your heart. Allow God to LEAD you and you will find balance, fulfillment, and rewards beyond imagination! Armor Up and be faith-filled and persevere!
