Good morning! SAFETY: the condition of being safe from undergoing or causing hurt, injury, or loss; to protect against failure, breakage, or accident. In almost every industry, safety is paramount. Companies invest training time and money to ensure that their employees operate safely and that they are protected. We, as parents, do the same with our children. We protect them, to the best of our abilities, from harm. What do you depend on for your safety? Your knowledge? Training? Abilities? When the ...hits the fan, is your first response SELF? In some cases, it will be you that others depend on, so it matters how you prepare and train for "unsafe" conditions. Oh, you don't? You just, "take it as it comes?" Hmmmm. That doesn't sound safe. Proverbs 18:10 "The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run to it and is safe and set on high [far above evil]." Proverbs 29:25 "The fear of man brings a snare, but whoever trusts in and puts his confidence in the Lord will be exalted and safe." Too often we put all our eggs in the basket of "self-sufficiency". Wisdom is far better than Pride under any circumstance. Armor Up! Trust in God to provide whatever the need. Lean on Him for wisdom and stay safe in your decision-making process. God bless you this marvelous day !
