Please join me in prayer for Robert Khathar as he is undergoing surgery today and the Ukrainian people as their lives are under great conflict and pain. Pray for the believers of that nation to
shine forth God’s light and comfort to our world.
Our meditation passage is
Prov. 14:1 “A wise woman builds her home, but a foolish woman tears it down with her own hands.”
Wise people gain wisdom and then purpose to preserve that wisdom. They can do that by first storing its truth in their inner being, then by living it out in their daily walk, then by passing it on to their children, then by encouraging it to be honored in her home, then by telling its truth in the lives of those she comes in contact with, and then challenging her children to do the same.
Lady wisdom recognizes the priority and calling of passing her wisdom on to her home first and then to others next.
When she recognizes this priority in her life then she will have a dynamic impact on her world by discipling, praying, loving, and encouraging her family including her husband.
Wisdom builds up others by their words, expectations, aspirations, and admirations. All of these things are the most important works a home can pass on to its many influenced people.
The husband isn’t spoken of here but is the expected supporter of this vital influence of his home.
So Go With God and lift up wisdom in your world and see just what impact you will have on your needy world.
