Good morning fellow believers today is another day that we walk with our Lord. Please continue to pray for Chris and healing also Ben as he has COVID for his speedy recovery.
Today we want to look at the third value that Joseph, Daniel and Mordecai demonstrated for us in the Bible. The value is that when it was desired they shared their insight with those over them. Esther 3:21 in Mordecai’s case he witnessed the two doorkeepers plotting to kill the king and he had given warning to the king about that insight through Esther “But Mordecai heard the plot and gave the information to Queen Esther ... and Mordecai’s story was found to be true“ then the doorkeepers were killed. Though Mordecai was a Jew meaning his allegiance was to God he also was given God’s instruction to do good to others. 1 Peter 3:15 says “You must worship Christ as Lord of your life. And if someone asks you about your hope as a believer, always be ready to explain it. But do this in a gentle and respectful way. Keep your conscience clear.”
The concept of keeping a clear conscience is that we do that by being an instrument of love to our world. One of the ways we do that is to value life and integrity to those who we find over us. We should as Mordecai be instruments of truth and love In our world. Go with God my precious one and with a purposeful determination to spread love to all who come into your life.
